    An order was placed on February 11 2025 for a $143.09 product that was described as genuine. I was concerned as after the order was placed as it was being shipped i received a notification that it was being shipped from ***** but the device is manufactured in ***. I then purchased the same device from a local store and compared the two - sure enough this company sold me a counterfeit, fake product.This business is selling is just reselling items from ********** then shipping to customers while saying the products are legitimate. In my case, the item they sent me could have been purchased for $10 from ********** I have called, emailed and sent a letter with no response.

    We purchased an online item. We were told it was returned because the address was wrong but it wasnt. We have repeatedly asked for shipment of the item or a refund but we get no response
