    I purchased an item that requires instructions as to how to sync it to my phone and no instructions arrived with my order. I have reached out to them 3 times and have not received any responses to my request. This was an expensive item that arrived in a thin plastic bag, and the packaging inside did nothing to protect the item. They also informed you on this purchase that if it was opened, the refund may only be what they deemed acceptable if it wasn't returned in its original packaging. I should have paid attention to the red flag that presents from this retailer.

    I ordered something in June and it is now August I used the SHOP app to buy what I wanted and never received it .DO NOT BUY anything from them . they just give you a runaround!!!!!!
