5 starsA nice experience with after service that was booked to fix a loose inside door handle over a year after install. Kye my service *** from Verdun was professional and had a ***lacement s**** installed in no time. I would li,e to add Kye was the first service *** from any company that took the time to shake my hand when we meet and on his departure.

From their customer service to the 3 different employees that came to my home, they were all very professional and courteous.The work done to replace a thermal pane was timely, well done, quick, and affordable. 4 starsGood price on replacing 2 sealed thermal units at about 30% of replacing entire frame and window as our window frames were fine. Courteous pleasant service. An error was made in window thickness measurement on one window but what is most important to note is that the company rectified the situation and apologized for it.Mistakes can happen with any endeavour but the key point is that Verdun took full responsibility and stuck with it to achieve resolution.
