We have just ordered a second window as we were happy to see the excellent workmanship of the kitchen window and the quick response when we called about what we thought was a problem. 5 starsAlthough I had a bit of a rough start with the installers in that I wanted to see and understand the process and I guess being a woman thats not typical. But I wanted to get a better idea of the quality of my 30 yr old mass produced house. He didnt want me to slow down his process and that I didnt trust his work. We had a chat and once I saw what he was doing and why with one of the windows then I left them to do their work. It worked out well in my opinion and they did an excellent ************-up was amazing! I have 2 more items to be done and I hope I can get the same crew! 5 starsAmazing job - exactly when they said it would be done. Workers were polite, professional, and very knowledgeable (wish i had their tools!). They even fixed a few things around the new Sliding glass doors they noticed on the house during installation - including the rear doorbell and some rotting wood below the doors - free of charge. Took a bit of time before the parts came in - but well worth the wait.Great job!!!Verdun Windows and Doors
