  Overall we have been very happy with our experience with Verdun!The consultation and day of instalation for our windows were both excellent! Great, personable, knowledgeable staff, wonderful service! We were given a quote within a couple of days of their visit, questions were answered quickly and fully. Installation was booked for two days but they finished in one, so efficient! They cleaned up after themselves so nicely. We knew up front that there was going to be a long wait for our order to be produced and ready for instalation. Unfortunately, our only disappointment would be that we only found out on the day the windows were being installed that our doors had not come in yet. It was the next day when we were told it would be another couple of months before they would be ready to be installed. When we were called to book the day for instalation we had assumed it was for both windows and doors. I am sure once they arrive we will be happy with the product and instalation.

  Hi! I had new windows installed recently the technician who came to my home was totally awesome! **** was very neat and tidy. He was very pleasant and answered all of my questions and concerns I even asked him about two window coverings that must come down and showed me how to do it! Amazing job by Verdun of making sure my windows were the same size for my custom made shutters to fit!I cannot thank the Verdun Team enough!

  I have not yet had my doors installed. This company sent me an email indicating that the balance of the payment ( I already gave a deposit for purchase of the materials), the balance is to be paid to them BEFORE they begin the installation work. I am accustomed to paying for work on my home AFTER the work is completed to my satisfaction. I am not planning to refuse them payment. However, I am uncomfortable about how this company is operating. Am I just old fashioned?

  They did an excellent job installing our new front-door and (newest) windows. The installers were super diligent with the installation and clean-up. What has impressed ** most with Verdun is their follow-up service. Whatever issues we have had (they previously did the majority of our windows), they have fixed without question or argument.
