He took the time to walk us through the process, was patient and helpful, and gave us the information we needed to chose the right products for our home. He was quick to respond to messages and left us feeling confident in our decision. We ordered windows in the winter and have now ordered a new door. We are so pleased with the quality of the product and the installation process. 5 starsCalled verdun to see if lock was covered under the warranty and it was. They sent me a lock to see if I approved and then they placed the order. Verdun came to replace a lock for us due to issues with the original lock( approx 8 yrs old). Had some challenges and the tech remained calm and got it done. 5 starsThe purchase and installation unfolded exactly as the company *** described with no surprises. I was updated at every milestone. Team ***** arrived 30 min within the time frame the scheduler told me, installed the patio door quickly and efficiently (about an hour). They took the time to explain all the door features, cleaned up inside and outside. They were courteous and professional. I also appreciate the peace of mind the 25 year warranty provides.Verdun Windows and Doors
