    - picked up the car september 27 2022
    - car broke down october 18 2022 ( 3 weeks old , 1500 km )
    - Barrie toyota did not handled it right by me but "fixed" the car . * ******** ****** ******** **** ** **** ** ****** ****** *. No apology no nothing *** **** ** **** **** * ***** *** *** *** **** *** *** *** ************ - car was not fully fixed and was not driving the same and was jerking while driving.
    - came to Thornhill toyota Oct 26 2022 and mechanic drove with me and did feel the jerking of the car. Said car is safe to drive but lets book appointment and we would look at it/fix/assess
    - booked appointment to service the car on November 2 2022. after 2 hours car was "fixed". Shayan ( assistant manager of service ) reassured me car is safe and nothing psychically wrong with it . I asked again and received the same reply - car is safe and good to go
    - Nov 3 2022 at around 6 pm car gave me shove and fully stalled while driving in the middle of the road ***** * *** ******* **** ** **** . ******* ** *** *** ****** ** *** * *** *** *** ** *** ******** *** *****  - November 4th 2022 car was towed to thornhill toyota where i was stuck with full towing bill ** ***** ** ******** ********* *** *** *** ** ***** *** ********* *** ** ** *** **** ***** ** **** ** ** .
    - car been sitting at thornhill toyota since nov 4th waiting for new transmission while i continue to pay for something i dont have.
    - only Adam , service manager been following up with me . thank you to him. But i asked Milan N. to follow up with me on weekly bases and he has not done even once.
    - Nov 9th Toyota canada receieved my letter with complaint
    -nov 14th i called ***** *** Toyota Canada
    - NOV 15 Toyota canada called back with case rep
    - Nov 18th , letter addressed to general manager of thornhill toyota was received by thornhill toyota without reply
