I highly recommend Nuborrow. Our mortgage broker, Sabrina, was amazing. She was dedicated and professional, and was able to put together an amazing deal for us that other mortgage brokers that we had recently worked with just weren't able to do. She was a pleasure to work with, and really went to bat for us with the lenders. She was very up front with everything, and we had a great experience. Working with the lawyers that Nuborrow uses was very seamless as well. I tell anyone who mentions they want to get into the housing market or refinance about Nuborrow. They really made the difference for us! 10/10Nuborrow

Not only did they find us a perfect solution they also took the time to show us how we can build our finances and help us reach our 2 year goal. No bank or broker has ever took the time to do all that they did for us and we were 100% satisfied with the work they done for us. I owned nothing on my house,needed a roof, didn't think I'd get a loan for it but with nuborrow they said just let us look and came back saying I was approved for $35000, and ended up with 17,400 during a pandemic. No one would do it less then $30000. *** ** *** *** ** ********* *********** After a year they wouldn't renew so had to refinance with another lender, now owe 42000 with nothing for me, and since I could only hire an unknown to do my roof , I got ******* with a roof not made for my house so didn't help anything and after a year of paying interest, I get told to pay it out or find another lender. This broker for this company made loans to make thier lenders money and don't care for thier clients. I have told the lender to start legal process cuz I don't have 42000 to pay them and my house now might be worth 20000 or less cuz of the first loan being insufficient for the roof I needed. ******** *** ******** ** *** **** ****** ** *** * ***** ****** **** ******** ** ******* ** **** ***** So very unsatisfied with this company so I fired them. Thank you **** for leaving this feedback. To be very clear, we did help connect you with the loan you requested, and at the time, this was the only lender willing to provide you with an option. You reviewed the offer with our team and met with a lawyer to close the transaction over two years ago. If you were unhappy with the roof you received, did you speak to the roofing company? During the renewal process, we do our best to help you locate another lending option, or help with the renewal process, but in your case, the lender agreed to renew the loan and set those terms with you, not Nuborrow. I can see Nuborrow reduced our broker fee to $77.00 to help you close your mortgage as a goodwill gesture and to help provide the maximum cash back. While we understand you are unhappy, you must have agreed to renew with your current lender and accept the terms offered. Nuborrow wasn't involved in any further mortgage options, and we can't negotiate terms without your input. To help clarify the services Nuborrow provides and why "we are in business"; we help homeowners find the best possible mortgage offer, and develop a plan to help with future financing. If the roof you repaired wasn't done correctly and didn't improve the property, that would be an issue with the roofing company you hired. If you wanted help with the refinance or help with communication with the lending company, we would gladly help you. If we couldn't find you a new product due to property value or poor workmanship with the roof, we would've helped work out renewal options. Absolutely worst experience we have ever had. Been a home owner for 24 years . Had home equity loans, mortgages and mortgage renewals, loans you name it . Never have we had an experience like this . We are still waiting for funds to go into our account and we are currently 6 days past closing and over 1 week after signing with the lawyers . And every email we send or phone we have we get told it’s out of my hands now . Nothing we can do . ! This process has taken 1 full month . Thank you ****** for leaving your recent review, but I am puzzled by your response to our service level. You came to our team to refinance another product and after reviewing your signing package, you were told of the possible delays in obtaining a payout statement. When you are paying out to a private mortgage company we often experience delays which we made very clear. From application to submission to connecting you with an option and the legal process we hit our normal service volumes. As a brokerage, we unfortunately cannot force another provider to meet timelines, give up-to-date statements or release your mortgage payout statement; we do not have this power, and no brokerage does. Thank you ********* for leaving another review. As mentioned by the agent, I and my client care team your review isn't fair, or accurate. We had a deal in place for you, but your home's appraisal returned unsatisfactory to the bank. As your agent or brokerage, we do not visit the home, nor complete the appraisal. You did meet the bank's primary conditions, but the documents you signed were conditioned on the property. My team has mentioned the bank's concerns and offered ways to have it repaired to meet the Banks requirements still and you did not proceed. Placing blame on our team for the condition of the home, or the conditions set out by the bank you could not, or would not satisfy seems inaccurate. Nuborrow worked with us to get our home equity loan. Even after the first lender backed out due to leased land. This was a long time to get completed but this team stayed with us all the way and kept us up to date until the deal was finalized.
