      Through a reference, I contacted one of the agents, Mr. David B. from Billyard Insurance Group Inc. The only form of communication I had with him was through texts because he won’t answer calls * * ******* *** ***** ** ** ******** *********** Mr. B. gave me a quote for ****************** & I only asked for automobile insurance for my 2 cars. I have all the texts messages exchanged with Mr. B. throughout. His team kept delaying the work until the last day when my previous insurance was going to expire & I had to follow up with him every other day. I have always been polite & respectful & he appreciated my patience throughout. When I received the documents from the insurance company, first of all it was a totally different insurance company than the one he gave me the quote for. Second, home insurance was also included which I have never asked for. I texted Mr. B. asking him about why I received documents for home insurance. He ******* ***** **** **** ** * said that he was looking out for me & that I should trust him with whatever he would do for me. I told him that even if he was looking out for me, I was never asked nor informed about home insurance. I have never signed any documents for home insurance. To all this, Mr. B. replied saying that he does not want to argue with me ** * ******** ******* * **** ** *** ****** ****** ** **. He went on to say that he did a mistake by helping me.
      I have had automobile insurance before & I was dealt with professionally. He did not think that my consent would be required before signing me up for home insurance. He sent me a text saying that he will be canceling my insurance & I should make arrangements because the insurance for both my cars will expire today midnight. It is Saturday & the insurance company is closed for weekends so I am stuck with 2 cars that have no insurance * *** ** ** ******* ***** *** ******** ******** **** ** ***** * ********* ** *** ***** **** ***** * **** *** *** ***** ** ******
