      We had all are windows and doors replaced in August one window they put in was 10 inch to small we been trying to get them to replace it since then they seem to keep giving us the run around.

      We installed 12 windows, 1 patio door and 1 entry door.  1 window was the wrong size and had to be reordered.  Unfortunately it took much longer than anyone expected to receive the reordered window.  The customer has every right to be upset.  In good faith, during this period of time we haven't requested or received the balance due of $13,000 on the entire contract.   We are scheduled to install the 1 reordered window this week and are working on compensation to ensure this customer is completely satisfied and knows we appreciate their business.
