      We just had new doors installed, and we’re absolutely thrilled! From start to finish, the entire experience was exceptional. Michelle, our salesperson, was incredible—knowledgeable, patient, and truly committed to helping us find the perfect doors for our home. The installation was seamless, and the quality of the doors has exceeded our expectations, transforming the look and feel of our home.       We recently replaced our back garden door. The entire experience with Consumers Direct was A+. Michelle did an amazing job helping us to get the product we required. She also did a post-installation visit to ensure we were good and check out the look and fit in our house. Price was within our budget – which we were happy with as a previous quote from another company was unrealistically 4+ times more! Installation – simply amazing!! Installers were very respectful and talented. Door looks amazing and all trim work and fittings are beautiful. We will definitely be calling Michelle back in when we are ready to replace our windows in the near future!!

      Consumer Direct provided excellent service in replacing our doors and a window with the highest level of professionalism and efficiency. Rob K. was the salesperson who provided guidance from the very beginning with the highest level of professionalism. He interacted well with the family, assessed our needs, and provided options related to costs and styles, for us to consider. The installers were very professional and efficient as they completed each task well. Overall, the experience was a good one! I unreservedly recommend this organization for your needs in windows and doors installation.

      ** ****** David asked $2500 deposit for a 3 windows and 1 patio job on July 2021. Before I signed the contract. I told him I am going to sell the house between Jan-Feb 2022, so I need David to confirm he can install windows before Fall of 2021 sometime November. If not, I am not going to sign the contract or give him the deposit.David insisted many times in person and over the phone that they will have the installation within 14-16 weeks of contract. After the 14-16 weeks of estimated delivery date on the contract. I call/text after call/text asked David for the refund. David refused to refund me the deposit after 4-5 times of asking, months of months past by. David took my $2500 deposit ** ******** ***** **** ******** **** **** ******** **** **** **** **** ***** ***** ******* *** **** * **** ******* **** ******** ** *** ***** **** **** ********* **** *** *** ************ *** ** **** * ***** *** ************* ***** ******* ***** ** *** ***** *** *** ********** *** *** ****** *** ******** ********** *** ** ******* ****** ** *** ******* **** * ***** **** ****** After 9 months of delays, not only for the extensive damage they caused on my property during the defective installation, also their delays had on my opportunity to sell my property, I lost over $100,000. They hire unprofessional sub-contractor, ********* *********** and broke my patio light.       Dealt with Graeme and he was absolutely pleasant! He went above and beyond to help me get everything in order for the greener homes grant and helped push forward the application process when is glitched out from the audit side. We also needed to delay after we placed our order as the loan application took over 6 weeks to go through. He was able to hold the windows for us an extra few weeks until we heard back and we’re ready. He explained everything to the last detail and was very responsive. We had a very good experience overall. I was not here for the installation day as it was just my husband there but everything went flawlessly. ***** ****** ********* ** *******
