I previously visited this business to get a tire repaired, and it cost $40, which was reasonable. I recently went back for an oil change, as there was no appointment needed and my usual place was booked up. I usually pay around $70-80 for an oil change, but this business charged me $179, plus tax for an ultra synthetic oil change package, and I was advised that the car manufacturer recommended this oil only (I don't have a high-end car so I can't imagine why). The employee then attempted to upsell me over $400 in "other issues" - the oil pan was leaking $100, my transmission fluid needed to be changed $100, I needed a new air filter $80, and I needed to top up my coolant, as it was below the reserve level which was bad, again for $100. I said no to these additional services but could hear the mechanic under the car question why I didn't want to fix the leaking oil pan. It was super awkward sitting in my car after that guilt trip. Also, the salesperson stated they do not print invoices anymore, and it would be emailed to me. I gave them my email and it's been 4 hours since my oil change and I haven't received the email, which should be instant. I will not be returning here for any services in the future, and I advise others to go elsewhere or risk being vastly overcharged for a basic service.

I purchased an oil change at this location and since then my credit card has been compromised with over $5,000 in goods charged to my credit card. The bank has done their investigation and has concluded it could have only come from this store using a skimmer machine to read my entire card information when I paid for my oil change. The fraudulent activity on my card began the day after I used my credit card at your location. The work and time I have gone through to rectify this has been immense, Your employees are directly responsible for this and it reflects entirely on your operation and your business practices. I am hesitant to leave my identifying information because of retribution from your staff. They also pressured me into providing an email address and since then I have received suspicious emails like the other customer posted.
