    Induction stove was not fully working (2 of 4 burners). I got an appointment same day, then an estimate for full repair incl part and labour. It was expensive but that was largely the part (circuit board), and it did take quite some effort to take apart and reassemble the stovetop. Stove didn't work after first attempt so a different part was ordered and a second visit was required. Then it worked and the original estimate was honoured. Techie was very pleasant to work with and even helped disassemble the oven door so I could do some extra cleaning while we were at it.

    I recently had the unfortunate circumstance of my refrigerator not working. I was able to connect with Madone on *********. I was very grateful for their prompt response in arranging for Vitalii, their technician's visit and his diagnosis of the problem. Madone was very prompt and upfront in providing the cost of repair and estimated completion time. Vitalii was very professional, knowledgeable and efficient. Overall, I would recommend Madone to anyone in need of refrigeration repair services.

    Found Maydone on Homestars and was very pleased right from the get-go. Very professional and provided all the necessary information and costs upfront. Punctual and communicative. Alex, their technician was terrific. He clearly loves what he does coz he was singing the entire time. Wonderful experience. Would definitely recommend Maydone.

    My ********** fridge stopped cooling and a co-worker recommended Maydone. The online booking process was very easy and the technician Alex arrived as scheduled, is super nice, professional and knowledgeable in appliance repairs - Maydone is very lucky to have him! Alex explained the problem and I was provided a detailed quote the next day. It’s obvious that the company is organized and well-run, knows about customer satisfaction and provides amazing service. I’ve recommended Maydone to my family, friends and co-workers.
    I will definitely be calling Maydone again for all my appliance repairs if ever needed and hopefully it will be Alex they send. Thank you Igor and Alex!
