    Maydone Appliances did repaired our induction stove. They did the work to our expectations. Was little time consuming because of the part ordered from the supplier. They are really professional and very polite.

    Maydone responded and sent a technician (Rustam) to diagnose our fridge problem on the same day requested ... a Saturday! Rustam's diagnoses was accurate (in my opinion, and I know a bit about fridges). Maydone's time estimate to get the required parts, do the repair, and the total cost was reasonable. All was accomplished exactly as stated (time frame and cost), also by Rustam. We have had no problems since the repair was done about a month ago.

    Terrible experience! Service person spent 30 seconds looking at washing machine and said they would come back with part and repair next day. 5 days later still no return response but lock is not broken and machine is working without any repair done. Whirlpool and Maydone are are making me pay $130 repair for wrong diagnosis and no repair visit.
