    I bought 3 new doors for a new build from ruscan doors. I gave them a 50 percent deposit at the end of February 2024. The doors were supposed to be ready in 6-8 weeks. We are now in January 2025 and I don't have the doors or any update on the order.

    July 24 2023 we placed an order for a custom door in the amount of $6,893 scheduled to install December 27 2023 and a color sample was provided and confirmed a perfect match with the sales rep. Aleks, **** ****** personally came to measure the existing door 2 weeks after placing the order. December 27 afternoon came and no one showed up to install, rather I had to call around noon to get an update and they said they had to reschedule due to inclement weather. 2 weeks later I call again for a update, their response they are having trouble finding a installer available for installation but will be soon. 2 weeks later I call again, their response, there is a small issue with the frame and small adjustments are needed but everything is fine and finished. 2 weeks later I receive a call asking where they can send me a color sample of the door before they stain it which was already claimed to be finished and confirm in December 2 months earlier. Feb 7 the installation was scheduled, the installer ** ******** shows up 4 hours late without the door and proceeded to ************ measure the existing door. The next day another installer arrives with the door, the completely wrong color “brown” we ordered “almond” and wrong trim design. After long arguments with management agreed to $1,000 discount for the color issue but they would not install the door until the remaining balance was paid. After paying the balance and the original door was removed the installer asked “are you aware this door is 6 inches smaller then your old door?” **** ** ****** *** ** ******* *** **** ********* **** *** ******* we are left with a door we did not want or ordered **** *** ******** ****** ** **. Now after 6 weeks of complaining and demanding a replacement door or a refund I get the same response from Arvin ********* the owners are looking at the issue.
    We are left with a expensive door that does not lock, creeks, wrong size and wrong color

    I am writing to file a formal complaint against Ruscan Doors regarding the non-fulfillment of an order and the complete lack of response from the company's representatives.

    On September 25th, 2021, I made a deposit of $3,195.00 for a door. Despite repeated attempts to obtain information regarding the status of my order, I have encountered ongoing delays *** *******, resulting in a ******** neglect of fulfilling my order.

    In November of 2023, I attempted to seek resolution through your employee, Nicole, who facilitated communication with CEO Alex. However, this effort only led to further empty promises. Despite visiting your showroom and discussing alternative options for the door, promises made by Alex were never fulfilled.

    We designed and placed an order with a paid deposit of $2542.50 for a front door on September 1, 2022 with a sales rep - **** - who was great but later left the company. We then were handed to ********* ****** (owner of Ruscan). This was where all of our issues started. We still do not have a front door (it is now over 1 year later), and *****, ****** **** ***** and **** **** ******* have all stopped answering my calls, emails, and text messages whenever I try to follow up. We also paid over $600 for the door hardware from ******* that they have in their possession. They sent a photo of the 'door' to me without the glass on July 28, 2023 ****** ** ******** ***** ****** ** **** ********** ** ****** *** ******* ***** *** * ******* They claim the hold up is the glass, and now they are completely ignoring us. ***** ****** ** ****** **** ***** ***** ****** * ****** *** *** **** *** **** ***** ****** *** *** promised me that she would give me an update a week later - it has been months, and nothing from ****. My husband had tried to cooperate with ***** and get this done, by offering him to give us the door with no glass (since apparently he cant get the glass with his 'contacts') - since we have had NO update* *** ** **** *** **** ** ******* ** **** *** ******** ******* ** **** *** * ******** ***** * ***** ***** **** ***** **** ******* * **** **** *** ***** ** ********** ****** ***** ****** ******* *** *** ***** *** * ** *** ********* **** ***** *** ****** ** ** **** I want a refund on our deposit and our hardware that they have that I purchased.
