    Just got my door installed. It's our third time using Ruscan and we are glad to be returning customers. They are the best in the game and their quality and professionalism is unmatched. Thanks Mike!

    I purchased a door from Ruscan Doors in Vaughan and it has been 5 months, a number of canceled appointments, endless phone calls, and I still have no door installed.
    I payed them 2/3 of the cost as a down-payment and 5 months later I am still getting the run around. On 3 occasions they have made me stay home from work because they said their installers were coming only to find that no one came...each of the times I was promised.
    Then after 5 months Nicole stepped in and conveyed how their treatment of us was disgusting and she was going to make it better and our door would be ready within just a few more weeks. We are still waiting.
    The worst part, they give us an installation date and we have to make arrangements to be home from work and then they just don't show. And THEN when you try calling, no one calls you back. You can't get a live person on the phone.
    * ****** **** ***** ** ***** *** ***** ********* ******* ******* ***** ********* *** ********* ** **** ********* *** **** ****** **** ** ***** ******** **** **** *** ******* ** * ******** ***** ***** *** **** had to beg and plead foe ***** door for the better part of a year, before it was even installed.
    I just want what I paid for and so far they have only taken my money.

    Where to start? They took our $2500 deposit LAST YEAR (2022). They are basically holding our door ******* with the hardware and deposit that WE PAID FOR and couldn't finish the job. Not sure what is happening with this 'business' *** ** **** **** ******* **** ******** ***** They legit ghost you after they have your money. If they do actually reply (good luck), it is just a load of false promises again until the next time you actually want the door that you agreed to. The owner, his wife, and his parents are all involved here so to get an answer or any service has been a joke. Nicole ****** and Anna ******** have completely stopped returning emails and calls. Alex is another story - excuse after excuse with NO RESOLUTION. I would never ever ever recommend this place. IF they decided to HOLD UP THEIR END of the deal, * **** ********** **** ****** *** * **** *** ** ***** ******* *** **** ***** ****** **** **** ****** ****** ** * ******* *** ** ***** ******** ***** They should rename themselves to RusCANT. The fact that customers have to legit beg for something they agreed to and took money for - they should be embarrassed. **** **** **** ** *** **** ** go into the blistering cold months with NO front door. I was hoping for a good experience here ******* * **** **** ******* ***** ***** but NO WAY ** **** will I be referring based on the way that we have been treated. ***** ******* * **** **** ************

    #1- When we purchased our door we were told it would be installed in 2-3 months. We had to pay a 50% NONREFUNDABLE deposit so we couldnt cancel our order.
    #2- After waiting 6 months, we called them & they said our door was ready but we had to pay the balance owing BEFORE it was installed which is not normal practice. If you pay before an installation, and there is a problem, you have no leverage. They have your money.
    #3- When we finally had an installation day, they gave us the last appointment of the day (between 3:00 and 5:00) ******* ***** ******* we tried to move it to an earlier timeslot ******* ** **** **** ***** ** ******* *** *** ** *** ****, but they would not let us change the time! *** ********** **** ******** They installed it in one hour. **** **** #4- They broke our outside light fixture carrying in the door.
    #5- When they drilled holes in the top of the door frame, they used BEIGE colored plugs to fill the holes that keep falling out because they dont fit properly!
    (Our door is BLACK!!)
    #6- When they attached the inside trim to the wall, they split the trim piece.
    #7- Two pieces of inside trim do not line up properly.
    #8- The top of the inside top trim piece is all mangled. ( probably didnt think we would notice that)
    #9- They didnt want to open a new tube at the end of the day, so they put a thick blob of black THERMO-PLASTIC OUTSIDE caulking, which dries slowly by CHEMICAL EVAPORATION, along the inside base of the door and in the crack where they had to cut our ceramic tile to fit in the door, on the INSIDE of our front hallway. This caulking is designed for OUTSIDE USE ONLY and is highly TOXIC and CARCINOGENIC ! It states right on the tube that it is NOT to be used indoors.
