    ** *** *** **** *********** Purchased product but it was not delivered to correct address. Filed a claim with *****. Zero response from Specteumlabs to help resolve the issue. Good luck emailing or calling them….
    This was my final email before having to dispute the purchase on my cc. :
    This is my third and final attempt to resolve an issue regarding an order that was not delivered to my address. Despite submitting a claim with *****, I have yet to receive any response or assistance from Chris B. or any representative from your company.
    If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will be forced to dispute the charge with my credit card provider. This has been an extremely frustrating experience, and I want to make it clear that this will be my last interaction with your company. * **** **** ** ******* ** ********** ** ******* ** ****** ****** ***** *** ********** ******** ******* * **** ************
    I expect immediate action to rectify this situation.

    **** * ***** They will call you and try to confuse you. He even offered to send my workers gift cards. SELLS YOU GARBAGE CHEMICALS THAT DO JACK. Than keep trying to send u more and charge u, under the guise that you already agreed to buy more.

    ***** **** ******* ** *** ****** We ordered a small quantity of their ***** ***** degreaser to try and the product itself actually wasn't bad, but then came the pushy sales calls. We ended up with two more shipments totaling 160L, an amount that we will end up using but over a period of years. The final straw was a call from their salesman Steven S. telling me that the rest of my order, another 160L was being shipped and when I said that we didn't want the product he became quite ***********, talking over me and not taking no for an answer, I finally had to hang up. A short while later I received a voicemail telling me that the product was being shipped.

    Very pushy, using spoofed local numbers *** ***** **** (which is what triggered me to look up this company) and then pushes because they are "calling long distance" . Spoke with someone in our office and pushed product, the person in our office said NO I dont want a full order I would try 1. When I heard this and heard how much they were pushing I then looked up the company and found this page online. They have NO other information other than what is here.
    When I called back to say we do NOT want the product... and he claimed that we did, * **** ** *** * *****.. I then mentioned you are spoofing local numbers to try and get business. He said you cant even spell spoof. I told him to never call again. He then said, *** *** ***** **** *** ******* * * * * * * * * ** *** **** **** ***** ******* I then of course hung up after saying NEVER call us again.
    They called back NUMEROUS times. 831am first call, I called back, they then called 8:39am, 8:40am, 8:41am, 8:42am, 8:42am (we ignored one). Final time the man who spoke with him first answered and flat out said no we want nothing. The 2nd time they called back, I answered and said nothing, apparently this guy (same voice) claimed to be the owner. I didnt say a thing when I answered the 2nd time - listened to him tell someone **** * **** ** ******* **** **** *** *** ******* ** **u" - regardless of who the owner or sales person is they are ****, they SPOOF numbers trying to look like a local number and are VERY pushy. *** *********** ****** ** ********** ** **** **** **** *** *****

    Mike N. made a call asking for us to try a sample for free. Sure free samples are always good to try and get product out. Didn't expect a bill, just put the box in the corner until it was some one needed it. Forgot about it until he called demanding payment. Sent the product back so I can stop looking at it. Without having any information on it to provide to a customer, or the shop, I can't sell it. Threatened collections over 200 dollars saying he paid his rep (which is him)

    This company ****** ** **** *** *** **** *** ***** *** **** ***** told me they would like to have us try their product, i agreed to a small sample and received a five gallon pail and no information on what is in the product and any instructions. we require complete literature for **** and our customers.I tried several times to get this to no avail. I called for instructions on how to return the product and Mike N. who i was speaking to became **** and then just hung up on me. Tried to get this information again and he hung up on me again.

    Mike N. did his sales pitch "Try our product" we'll break it up over 4 payments and then we'll discuss if you would like to continue. Well that never happen but more product that can ever be used was dropped here as well as invoices for thousands of dollars. ***** **** *** ****** *** **** ********

BOY was I wrong, ******** ****, Have now got my legal team involved.******** **** ****, when you call the number on the invoice, you are sent to the "shipping" team and they brush you off the phone. **** ** * ***** **** *** **** **** *** **** ** ****** ** *****

    *** **** ** *** **** *** **** ******** I have received calls from them at two different dealership locations. It's always the same pitches once they get your name..."I spoke to you a couple months ago and you told me to call you to place an order" or "Would you like to try our products for free...". They never lead with the type of products they are offering, nor do they send you a catalog to confirm that in fact they are a reputable company. Once you respond in any way that alerts them that they will not make a sell, they literally resort to rude comments and/or hang up on you. Avoid dealing with this company, their disreputable sales tactics are preposterous!!!

    Paul - took advantage of our Outside Salesman - who has no idea of what would have been ordered. Played a recording that mentioned the original order from prior week to confirm shipment - could not play the original order or provide a email with confirmation of who originally ordered. **** * *** ****. We shipped product back - they are threatening to take us to court for $499 - If I could give a negative star most certainly would
