    Company gets employee name then send products with huge invoice to pay. ** *** *** **** **** ******* *** ****** ** ****** ** *** **********. This is not a real company

    Professional Salesman made his pitch by asking us to try their product. I agreed foe a small sample. We received two 4 liter pales to try out. Paid for these two pales. 1 month later, another sales rep called to say he would ship THE REST OF THE ORDER? I explained we did not want more. Rude and obnoxious sales person by the name of Joe Bonz tells me it would be cheaper for me to just pay the rest of the SPLIT ORDER (as he called it) then to deal with their lawyers. I tried to explain I was never told there was more to come (SPLIT ORDER) and that I only paid for what I initially agreed with the 1st salesman. I could not get a sentence together without him speaking over me (non stop) he then told me he had spend more time with me than he did with his wife…. That was it! I never do this but I had to hang up on him and realized I would have to contact the company directly. 10 minutes after having hung up on him, he called back to tell me “I was right” and that he contacted the salesman who initially spoke to me and he had never mentioned this was a “SPLIT ORDER” therefore no more product would be sent to me. I have to say, although the product was good and I actually thought we would make a bulk order, because of this episode, there is no way I would order from them. **** *** *** **** ** **** **** * *** ****** ** **** ********* ** **** * *** ********** In the world we live in today, trust is hard to find and when this type of situation happens, I chose to walk away from it *** **** ******* ****** *** ******** **** ***** ***** **********

    Salesmen took advantage of our staffing change, and pushed 4 times the original order onto us. Gave us a line about some special, but would NOT produce the original order to confirm. Get your order in writing ;(
