      1: I been messed around with Grand and toy toll free customer service for a while : they say I got 30 days net term then dont I find this frusterating Please fix the issue. I have emailed reps tones of times also no reply. The rep dont have direct numbers for my account . 2: I was told place order they will bill my card once shipped . cause of my account may or may not be shipped next day.

      so an account was set up for me and an agent for accounting . I called the agent she said since I got 30 day net term no **** or ** was needed when placed order it said was needed and did not go threw. I was given the name to add as bill pay. I added and the account number. I have address and postal code were to send payment. My main complaint is there is no way to bill. to account option. Thanks from account manager:Hello Again, If you are paying with a cheque, then you do not need to provide your credit card number.       Ask them to send me letter saying this account is set up for credit card payments or they cant extend credit to me rather then make me call all the time.  If this account is closed ask them to email me saying closed . Thank U .

      An order was placed with Grand & Toy. The address was correct. Driver stated that the address was incorrect and never attempted to deliver. ****** ***** **** ****** *** ***** ****** ******** ** ** ****** ******** **** *** ******* ** ** *** *** ****** ******* **********  I would have gladly provided him with direction if need be. Instead my entire order was returned back to the depot stating we "sent it back".
      I was charged $36.42 in restocking fees. (Plus HST)
      I called the phone number available on the invoice I received. The message this number communicated to their customers was "Please note the number you dialed is no longer in use"... then I was hung up on.
      I had to research other contact numbers for Grand & Toy. After about 5 attempts I finally got through to Allana on January 4th. After she communicated she wouldn't be able to help me. I requested to speak to the supervisor. I was asked repeatedly to hold for 1-2 minutes. After almost 40 minutes I was finally told that her supervisor was in a meeting and would call me back. ****** ********* ***** *********.
