      I will never buy there again. I ordered online ********* **** ***** ****** cups, four boxes 24 count each. Not realizing that ********* sells a Decaf version, I ordered these. After opening the box I realized my mistake.
      Grand & Toy would not exchange this order for the caffeinated coffee. The claimed it is a consumable product and there policy is no exchanges.

      I've been trying to use a cartridge return program and return used cartridges which our business has a lot of collected over the years. There are rules on what to return and how to pack them in order to do so you need boxes which Grand and Toy promised to send. Long story short after 3 month of emails and calls customer solution back and forth we re still waiting on the boxes and we still don't know when and if we will get them.
      I'm about to trash them ** *** ******* **** ** ********** ******* **** ** ******* *** Grand and Toy thank you for making a look like you're tryin to save the planet....

      I ordered a $1000 printer from Grand&Toy on Jan 24, 2023 via their website. I called before ordering to confirm that what I would be charged on the website would be the final price. I was assured by two different reps that it would be the final price.
      On Jan 30, I finally received an email acknowledging this purchase. However, they added a $116+ freight charge without authorization. I immediately replied to the email to cancel and I followed up immediately by telephone to cancel.
      I received an email response that acknowledged the cancellation that same day, however, my credit card was charged and they did not reverse the charge.
      The next day, I was informed that they could not stop their 3rd party vendor from shipping the printer and the only way to cancel would be to refuse the printer when delivered. I did exactly that. Still no refund. I was informed that I had to wait until the 3rd party vendor received the printer.
      When the tracking info indicated that it was received two days later, I sent this confirmation by email to G&T. They then said I had to wait 3-5 business days for the refund.
      Nine business days later, I again demanded my refund. They then sent an email telling me that it would take 3-5 business days to process the refund.
      Again, this delay continued. I finally called my credit card and they told me that they could see that the refund was on its way. It finally arrived Monday, a total of 7 weeks that they held over a $1000.00.
      Truly astounding. I have all the emails to prove it.
