    We hired B2B Production for our wedding in July 2022 and we paid for in full on the day of our wedding. B2B promised to deliver the wedding photos in a hard copy album, one large photo of our choice, along with a USB of all the digital photos taken that day and our wedding video within a few months. By January of 2023, I had to chase them to get the photos for my thank you cards (this took 2 months). The remaining promised products were not delivered and I'm still waiting for these items that I paid for. We've tried reaching out by phone, email and text and all have gone unanswered. I made a few requests of specific photos I wanted them to take and the photographer told me we would get to them later and we never did.     Hi I’m filling this complaint about our wedding photographer who received his full fee of $3300 on our wedding day which was July 13, 2019, but refuse to give us our edited wedding photos and videos until this day. We have been trying to contact this person via email, text messages and phone calls but no response. We even tried to go physically to their studio but it seems like they have changed their address.
