Hired B2B Production for our wedding in 2021 and had to chase them for almost 2 years to get our USB and album that came in our package that we paid for in full on the day of our wedding. They seem professional at first and even give you a contract with a timeline to expect to receive your images and videos, *** ***** ****** *** ** ***** ** **** ********. I literally had to chase them down for the first year after the wedding to just see our digital copies of our wedding photos (which turned out awful for the most part and were pretty much unedited), plus our horribly edited videos. This was all before chasing them down for another year to get the USB full quality version of our wedding images and videos, plus the physical album we paid for - still with poor quality editing and blurry photos of some of the most important parts of the day.
B2B Production does not care about their clients. Even when I gave him a list of photos I wanted them to take, the photographer ******* ** ** **** *** told me to let him do his job his way. So many photos we wanted are missing - including a nice one of a our first dance and cake cutting. This business literally does not care about customers that pick a more budget friendly package that they offer. B2B -if you do not want people picking a lower cost package, then don't offer one. If you offer one then tell clients the quality of work and effort will be awful.
B2B is not responsive, they ignore your emails, calls, texts. This business has zero respect for contracts and people's hard earned money that they take in full before giving you everything you paid for. They have zero respect that someone's wedding is important to them - to B2B, this is just a money grab with minimal effort put into the work. If this business is so busy, they shouldn't be taking on all these events weekly if they can't keep up. ****** ** ******** * ***** *** **** **** **** **** ******** * * **** * ****
