    For Christmas I received a Cuisenart Digital Stand Mixer. The machine has preprogramed usages. For instance, if creaming butter it starts slow and automatically speeds up. If you need to raise the beater or pause the program, the only way to continue is to unplug the unit and start over. It starts at the beginning so of no value, but an expensive option when purchasing. If you just use manual the same problem occurs. I contacted them on January 4th and they sent me a new stand mixer with a label to return the defective machine. It had exactly the same problem. I sent that one back. They are now telling me that they cannot send me a new one until I send the other one back, but that would leave me without the product that I use many times a week. ** *** *** *** ** *** *** *** ****** ** ******* *** suddenly they will do nothing for me.

    Had a Conair hair dryer plug melts into my electrical outlet months and months ago.. was asked to send the faulty dryer back, which I did, and it was received by Conair on September 17th. Was told id have a resolution several times and was told it would be dealt with and resolved long ago. Conair is now ignoring my calls, voicemails and emails, as I incurred out of pocket expenses to have my entire outlet completely replaced after the faulty dryer melted into my outlet ***** ***** **** ***** ** ***** ***** * **** ****** *** **** *************** **** * ***** ** ********** *** ** **** ********* ** *** **** **** ***** *** **** ** ***** *** * *** ****** ****** ****** *** ***** ******** ** ***** ***** ** *** ***** ****** ** *** **** *******

    For about 2 weeks now, I have been dealing with Conair customer service regarding a malfunctioning Digital Airfryer Over ******* *** ****. The knob has a mind of it's own, it skips modes and the digital timer does the same.

    I had emailed them originally on Oct 30, didn't get an email response until Nov 7.

    Nov 7, they asked for my information (name, email address, copy of the receipt and the D/C number of the unit) which I sent promptly. I got an email the next day letting me know that a replacement unit will be sent in 12-15 business days via Canada post BUT here's the catch: I need to cut the cord of my current unit BEFORE they can process a replacement unit.

    I asked them what they suggest I use if I do cut the cord. They replied with, "we will not process the replacement unit until we receive a picture of the unit with the cord cut".
