    I purchased a Cuisinart kettle in 2021 and it’s states it has 3 years warranty, a year later it stopped working and they replaced it but the replacement stopped working and they state that replacements come with no warranty. **** *** **** ********* **** **** ***** **** ** ********* ***** * ***** ********

    Absolutely terrible customer service experience. I have been trying to contact them by phone and email for over a week. I ordered the two-slice motorized toaster through ******** and the one I received doesn't turn on. Since I ordered through ******** I do not have a store to return it to.
    I finally received a callback today and explained this to the person who kept repeating that I within 30 days I have to return it to the store. I said to him that there was no store to return it to and my option seems to simply throw out a brand new toaster. His response to that was "okay thank you have a nice day, goodbye" and hung up on me. There was no way this was a misunderstanding because we had just been having a back-and-forth about this.

    I bought a Conair Extreme Fabric Defuzzer at the beginning of November. I used it twice but it wouldn’t hold a charge. After the second use it refused to charge at all. When I phoned the company I was told sorry “ the warranty on that serial number expired in January 2022. Eleven months before I bought it. Really!!
