      HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!
      I have had multiple unjustified charges from the Webkinz Ganz Estore, and despite them being unjustified, they DO NOT GIVE REFUNDS!
      Here is the background information:
      - On April 16th, I updated my card information and paid a 5.99$ membership charge for the Webkinz Classic account that I have owned since 2009. The payment was accepted through my ***** and was considered complete, therefore I shouldn't have to pay again until May 13th, 2024. (This is because I was 3 days late on paying for my membership which was supposed to renew on April 13th, but I accidentally had an invalid card/insufficient funds.)
      - On April 17th, I was emailed by ***** that webkinz sent me ANOTHER 5.99$ charge, but due to insufficient funds it was declined. Fortunately, I did not have enough money in my *****, or else I would I have charged a DOUBLE time. I dismissed the email and declined charge, thinking perhaps their system did not update since the day before.
      - on April 18th, around 3pm, I was sent ANOTHER email from my ***** saying Webkinz sent ANOTHER 5.99$ charge, again declined due to funds. I dismissed it again, thinking "wow, their system really needs to be worked on."
      - Today, on April 19th, I was sent a THIRD CHARGE at 12:39 AM PDT for 5.99$, at which point I drew the line! It has been 3 DAYS since I paid my 5.99$ membership fee, which is MORE THAN ENOUGH time for their system to update!
      - Today, I sent an email to Ganz explaining my frustration about the 3 × 5.99$ charges! To which a BOT replied to me with "cancelling my subscription", which is NOT what I asked for! So, in anger, I responded **** **** **** *** ** ******* that is NOT what I asked for!" And then I explained AGAIN that I simply want them to stop the extra charges.
      To which, their "supervisor" THREATENED TO BAN MY ACCOUNT for the usage of "insulting language to their staff" (which FELT LIKE I WAS RESPONDING TO A.I.), and absolutely did NOT solve my issue. **** customer service!
