    I purchased a used **** ******* ****** from said business. It was delivered to me in Newfoundland. When I recieved the vehicle the engine light was on. I had it checked and the catalytic conver is plugged. The cost to repair is approximately $3000 it's almost 30 days now and I was told that it would be taken care of but it's still not fixed and just getting the run around from the people that I have spoken to about it. I should not have to repair a vehicle that I purchased inspected that had the problem when I recieved it.     On Dec 1 2023 I was contacted by a person by the name of Joel and he represented Mr Automotive on York st in Toronto. He sent me a couple of pictures of vehicles he had for sale. I selected a white 2016 *** *******. He sent me paper via email and I signed then and sent them back. I tried to contact Joel to see when I could expect the vehicle he said it was in getting safetied a week went buy and nothing. After texting and phoning with no response I called another # spoke to some lady she said she would get the manager to call so I spoke to someone buy the name of Adam he said he was the manager . Then someone by the name of Mike p. called said he would look after it he said he did know where the white 2016 ******* was and would look into it . A couple of days go buy and i called mike back he didnt know where the white 2016 *******. Mike sent me pictures of a black 2016 ******* and said he would stop the first contract and I would have to fill out another one he never sent it I call back again he said he was stopping the finance on the white one but never did my first payment was due on the 20 of december and came out of my bank . I called **** **** and they said there wasnt any changes. And I still havent recieved a vehicle but the first payment has come out . I have tried to contact mike to find out what was going on only to go to voice mail and never recieve a call back . No I'm left making a payment with out the vehicle . What can i do they wont return my calls .

    They took a deposit of 1000 $
    For a truck and one week later said that truck deal wasn't available no more would send me other items but failed to do so and won't take my calls or refund my deposit or talk to me now

    Mr Automotive agreed to take the current vehicle I had for trade in, pay off outstanding loan for purchasing another vehicle from them. I have since had 4 payments taken from the previous vehicle and 4 payments taken on my current vehicle. I called my previous loan company as Mr Automotive advised they had called and paid off my previous loan only to be told it wasn't paid.

    I have called and left numerous messages at Mr Automotive to call me back with no response.

    They have already picked up the previous vehicle for trade .

    Short version: I bought/ financed a car through Mr.Automotives in May. 30 days later the transmission goes. I limped it all the way back to the dealer as it was still in their 36 day warranty period outside of the one I paid for. They have been giving me the run around to get this fixed properly. To pay their end of the car. Made me ***** ***** ** go to collect it from repair shop and haven't paid. Now they have blocked my calls
