    Failed to send proper photos of the vehicle.
    Sway bar needs fixed,
    condensation is passenger headlight,
    hole in back bumper,
    rust on corner of the door on diver passenger side,
    as well as the inside of diver side door,
    dent near headlight with the condensation, front fender is loose.
    Never gave used vehicle info packet and vehicle manual
    engine light is on, needs e-vap solenoid
    sand and dirt in around the gas cap to which is not the correct cap for the van
    **** about vehicles stow n' go capability
    Failed to supply the vehicle on two separate dates
    Failed to respond in a timely manner to any of my concerns
    Refusing to acknowledge any issues brought to them about the vehicle
    I received this vehicle late at night in the pouring rain
    Vehicle did not come detailed like they said it would
    **** about the Trade in value of my original vehicle
    **** about the loan amount of the van I received in Lou of my vehicle trade in
    They are refusing to take the van back **** **** **** **** ** **** ** ***** ****** the van is not worth what they are charging me , the manager did not even look at this van before the driving company drove it down to ******* , and when i brought this to the attention of the manager was not very helpful , i told him i dont want the van anymore i have text between the person who sold me the van but he is not returning my calls and the manager ******* ******* and the other person is **** ****** he is the one who sold me the van also i have taken pics of all that is wrong with this purchase, **** has also **** t o the loan company telling them im a manager at my employment which im not and i had said to to change it and he did not do so, I have only driven this van three times since I have recieved it on june 13 2025,it has been at my mechanics for a week now . thank you I also asked if there was different vehicle that was in better condition than the one they sold me this is unacceptable.

    I bought a car through Adam at the Weston Rd location. He was ********* ***** ***** ****** *** taking his sweet time getting the car to me. When the car was finally delivered, there is a large crack in the undercarriage of the bumper, and he has done nothing about it. I have had the car nearly a month now, and still do not have the ownership. I do not recommend buying a vehicle here.
