    I ordered a pair of pants from this company through ********* on an internet ad for a flash sale in a size medium. When I got the pants, there was no receipt inside or anything, just the pants in an airtight bag. They are too big on me. I contacted the company for a shipping label and a refund and they insisted that they first needed photos of the pants, to ensure they weren't damaged and that they needed photos of my waist and hip measurements. I said this was unreasonable and I refused. I sent photos only of the pants. I also filed a dispute with ****** which I am waiting to hear back from. Then, the company wrote me back, via the dispute service in ****** and said thank you for the photos but they sent me a size Medium, as I ordered and they will not be issuing a refund as that is the size I ordered. **** ** ****** ************ *** I want a refund. * ***** **** ******** *** ******** ******** ******* *** * *********** ****** *******  I have been disrespected and I want my money back order # is ****************** ******** ****** ** ************* *** **** ** **** ******* Cropped wide Leg Jeans 2024 Best selling Jeans Black/ Medium

    They advertise a portable vacuum cleaner on ******** that is extremely powerful and versatile. Then they send you a cheap parody of that promise that barely even functions and is useless. It barely has any suction power and definitely would fail to provide any meaningful benefit or service. **** ***** ******** *** ******** ******

    Transaction date: 081824 $69.94 paid Bought 2 pair of the mesh sandles August 18, 2024 in black and brown. Ordered based on U.S. sizing and the sandles were too small. Never wore them and the company is currently refusing to give me a refund or exchange *** ****** **** ****** Also found out that I paid twice what I should have after checking around..******* *** *** **** ******** ******* *** ***** ***** ********* Background: I had a big toe procedure on Sept 3rd. In preparation for that procedure, was in search of a pair of comfortable and supportive sandles to wear after. Ran across the Reciclar Factory site and the marketing of these sandles seemed to be just what I was looking for, so ordered 2 pair since I'll be out of shoes for a while until the toe heals. Resolution I'd like to see: full refund The response I got from the company was that they couldn't refund or exchange ******** so "No", they haven't tried to resolve anything...only denying my request for a refund/exchange. After viewing the pictures you sent, I found that the item you received is in the correct size. We accept the return of products that we shipped out if the item is damaged, defective, or in the wrong specification, and if there is a case of missing parts of the order. In this case, we cannot provide you with a replacement/refund because the item is not defective from us. Hope we have your understanding in this situation!

    This company offers eye glasses to improve your sight day or night to crystal clear. However the glasses arrived and you cannot see anything out of them. They are completely blurry. I asked to return them. I was told that I received exactly what I ordered so they will not accept a return. When I told them they were useless.     I ordered sandals from Reciclar Factory via ******. I set up a payment plan of 4 installments for a total of $43.97. I received the item purchased and contacted the company via email requesting a return label as the item was unsatisfactory. When I tried them on, they did not support it well and did not have the quality I hoped for. My correspondence has been horrific. This support person, Meloria, continues to request photos, etc., rather than send a return label. I sent one picture requested that shows the measurement of the sandals. Now, she is asking for a picture of the size of the sandal. This has nothing to do with my wanting to return the item. She continues to make ridiculous requests. Any business must return an item if it is not satisfactory to the consumer. I want to return the item and return my money to my ****** account.     I ordered 2 swiimsuites. The material is so cheap and stiff feeling. They will only accept returns if item is defective from the manufacturer or shipping.. I feel the item is defective based on the material used to make these swimsuits.

    Bought two dresses and they arrived not as advertised or presented. Very cheap and not even the same fabric as advertised. Very difficult trying to get a refund.
