    I bought sandals and they didn’t feel good when you walked with them. And the sole was not glued very good but they told me they would send a replacement pair. But I think these sandals are made in China **** ***** ****** *** this company does not care about their customers. **** *** Thanks Mr Not Happy

    I Would NOT recommend ordering from this company! The Jeans that were ordered arrived and the quality was incredibly poor. They were not sewn correctly which made for a sloppy fit. The company refuses to accept a return even given that the jeans were clearly damaged.     I recently ordered a pair of jeans from this company. They don’t come close to being the product advertised and the quality is horrid. The cut of the pants are like riding pants with an odd outward c shape at the thigh that are 4 inches too large, the crotch hangs at mid thigh on me and the fabric is like a thin plastic feel…..because of the very poor quality and fit, I and am embroiled in a flurry of emails. I was instructed to send photos wearing the pants to illustrate the poor fit which I did. I was offered 20% refund and it was suggested I donate the pants as the company would not accept a return and refund my money. * **** ******* **** *************** **** *** ** ** * ***** ******* I can I’ll afford to just throw my money away like that. * ** ******** ** *** *** **** **** ********

    *****!! This company misrepresents the quality of the shoes they sell and then refuses to allow you to return them. They are dollar store quality and will do nothing to help support your feet. In fact the soles are so slippery on surfaces, I fear I would fall down. * **** ****** **** ** **** *** ******** ** **** ******* **** ****. I purchased two pair of jeans which were cut and made for another figure - too big in the waist, too tight in the hips, etc. I have an average figure and am average weight. ** * ****** **** ** ** ****** * ****** ***** **** ********

    Ordered “****** ******** Jeans” and when they arrived they are awful. They look homemade and like they are falling apart. They were advertised as tummy control and flattering but have a cheap belt of elastic poorly sewn around the waist with a fake button barely hanging on front. They will not return or refund. ***** *****

I ordered my shoe size on sandals, and my entire heel didn’t fit on the shoe, even if it read my size. They would not exchange it due to “company policy”. I asked to have the General Manager contact me to ask for a one-time, first-time courtesy exchange, and they wouldn’t budge. Horrible experience.
