  BE CAREFUL....FALSE ADVERISING LOCATED IN HANWELL, NB CHARGE 3 HOURS AND $350 FOR THE TIME AND GAS FROM ZEALAND,NB...THREAT TO PAY OR GO COLLECTIONS IF I DIDNT PAY IT..ADVERTISED FREE BUT REAL ESTATE DEALS 24 HOURS LATE . SIGNED OFF ON WATER WITHOUT RESULTS TOOK 8 DAYS FOR ANSWERS AND 13 CALLS . TOLD TO GO BACK TO ONTARIO...NICE AND PROFESSIONAL WATCH THEM...BAD NEWS

  Swindled my parents into a system, just had the water tested and guess what is now in the water that was not prior to installation of the system, coliform bacteria! They are now having to buy water to use and drink. This company should be ashamed installing such systems and taking advantage of people.

  Insralled your water purification system and had my water tested after instalation and system is not working up to promises. Colaform level of 80 ppm when exceptable level is less than 10 ppm

  We purchased a water softener from them in 2022. They contacted us to say we had won a free water test. From start to finish, they were always very professional. They were very thorough and confidently answered all our questions. We were also offered a water treatment unit at the same time. The sales women did not pressure us when we decided to not get the water treatment unit. I have been very happy with the service they have given us. They only negative thing I have to say is that the process took a bit over 2 hours to complete.

  drink a lot of water and tea.tastes so much better plus we had lot of iron in water but has helped alot.soft water now. wayne m

  Be aware of this company. First they call you and offer a free water sample. Once they are in your house, you can't get rid of that person. She was testing the water in many ways and it sounded very, very bad. According to her, we have very acidic water. That is a pure lie, her intention was to scare us so she could sell us an overpriced system. We got now a system which is just a third of what she offered. She is not handing out any information so you can inform yourself - which is very questionable and very unprofessional. She said the company is in Better Business Bureau, but they are not credited.
  After two hours she finally left because I asked her to leave. While packing up, she spilled some chemicals on my table and on my floor. The floor is now damaged and nobody seams to care about it. I tried to get hold of the owner/supervisor, but nothing. They are ghosting me.
  Very questionable business practices - never let them into your house.

  I've had this water system for a year now and love it, the water is so soft and great tasting, it cost a little bit more but worth the investment.

  Don't let these people in your house for water treatment services ,you will be sorry.
  They will promise a free first aid kit and do water testing .
  They will take up three hours of your time ,and will pressure you to pick one of their services .
  They don't want to leave your house until you pick one.
  I basically had to ask them to leave and show them the door .
  If you are an older person ,or single lady it would not be a good situation to put yourself in .
  So heads up if you get a survey call . Then another call that you have been picked to get FREE FIRST AID KIT AND WATER TESTING.
  THEY ARE NOT MEET BBB.FOR A REASON.
