    Energuard windows installed in my house about 12 years ago with a lifetime warranty. Within about 8-9 years, they started to have condensation between the panes or glass. Keeps getting worse every winter since. Called the company and talked to them about it in 2020 and was told to call again the next winter when it happened and they would come look at it. Now there is no answer to my phone calls and no response to a large envelope full of pix of the problem and letter detailing the issues.

    We purchased 10 windows for our Sunroom about 10 yrs ago. They are "foggy" due to broken seals. Energuard did replace one of the windows last year on warranty and stated the others were not bad enough to replace. He was only going to replace the one and agreed to replacing the other windows as they were just starting to go. He stated that it was because the seals met higher industry standards, that they get too heated and it causes the seals to fail in the end. I tried to reach out this year and there is no one at the business. It appears that they are closed for good?
    The business had all of our past orders on file.
