    i have 3 window with moisture in them. the company will not answer phone, facebook page is down. i went to the factory and its appears to be vacant or closed down. i have 10 year old windows with lifetime warranty that apparently i am just stuck with now. not happy.

    We have been trying to contact this business concerning warranty work to be done on our windows. No one answers emails or phone calls. We have windows that have lost their seals that need the glass replaced and would like this work done! We do not recommend this company! They should have no star at all!

    We purchased new windows from Angelo in mid 2015. In 2019 we had several windows develop moisture between the panes. The problem was determined to be a seal failure and panes were replaced under warranty. We paid a small installation fee. In 2020 we had another window develop moisture between the panes and the panes were replaced, under warranty, with a small installation fee. Since 2020, more windows have developed the same moisture problem. We have been trying to reach Angelo since the spring of 2022. E-mails have gone unanswered. The voice mail boxes are all full. The Face Book page has been removed. We have replaced windows in both of our previous homes, and this company is by far the worst company we have dealt with and the only windows that have caused this many problems. Do not buy from this company!! I am also giving this company one star because there is no option for zero stars.

    He was supposed to replace some windows for me under warranty but I can’t seem to get no response with the emails and phone call I even drove out to the shop in Moosejaw to find it all closed and no one there. I think he is trying to hide on everybody that he ripped off.

    Worst window company. For customer service. Have been waiting for 2 years for replacement of 5 windows.
    Blaming it on the Pandemic.

    EnerGuard Windows provides a Warranty which is not worth the paper it is written on. It is impossible to contact the company as they do not respond to voicemails or emails. Even physically going to the factory to find there is no one there. I wish I could not choose a star as they are not even a one star rating.

    Poor after sale customer service. Unable to get in touch with them unless you physically go to factory.
