    The installer (Owen) did a terrible job. Pieces of the marble were cut short. Part of the inside of the wall was to be marble, but it was done in plain white. The molding on the front was cut short. The caulking job was very bad. The shower door leaks water. My wall as well as closet door was damaged. What more do I need to say.     A year ago I was delighted to have my bathroom done a little early but I did have a problem with a couple of things. First the lifetime warrantee turned in to a year warrantee on they're way out the door and Nik never came by to give me a quote and to meet up with my flooring they had to charge extra money to build out the tub. That's fine except that it was never done (verified by looking up through the hole for the drain from the basement ) and if Nik had come by to do the quote ( as stated ) he would have noticed. He told me it was going to cost $200 extra which sounded too cheep and was willing to spend more and got a lecture from Nik ( via text ) that I should be happy because of the money I saved even though I was calling to offer more than the $200 as it sounded too cheap. I feel like Nik was talking down to me.

    We had our shower done by Bathroom Brothers and are very satisfied.
    They were punctual and started at 7:30 and finished by 3:30 with everything cleaned up
    They were very had working and answered any questions we had.

    I went to BBB and the Bathroom Brothers were on there showing a good reputation. Roy received the message and came out the same day. One week later he showed up to do the job. Very respectful and courteous. He layed a long sheet over my floor and cleaned everything up as it was. The job they did was phenomenal . I absolutely love the work they did. He put a new surround and tub in and a few other details which was a surprise to me . I would recommend anyone looking to remodeling their bathroom to give them a call. You won't be disappointed.
