    They have repaired 4 bodies for me now. 2 hasselblads and 2 Bronicas. One of the only shops left in Canada that reliably service them still. Was affordable and excellent service. 1 body needed parts that took a couple weeks to find but they got it working again when other shops wouldn't touch it.
    Wouldn't hesitate to continue using them.

    Absolutely terrible service and communication. Took in my lens and thought they could fix it fairly quick. Told me it was fixed and sent me an invoice. Paid in full and then they told me actually it wasn't fixed and they would need to hold onto it and keep trying. 10 months later, I had to threaten to take them to court to get my property back. Its probably been a year now and I still haven't been refunded the money for the repairs that were not completed. ****** ****** ****. **** **** **** ********* ****. Before they got my money, they responded quickly and answered any questions I had. Once they got my money, I'd be lucky to hear from them 6 weeks after trying to get updates.

    This is a review of a project in-process.
    Paramount has had my camera for 5 months now. It took them about a month just to look at it and do an estimate for a repair that requires a part - from Japan, reportedly taking 6-8 weeks to get. At 4 months, and again at 5 months, I emailed enquiring about an 'update'. No response.
    Their website suggests using them as they can provide turn-around much faster than the factory repair shops. I don't know whether this is true.
    I am optimistic that the repair will turn out to show good craftsmanship but I cannot attest to that at this point. However at this time I recommend that potential customers enquire as to their turnaround time before submitting orders.
