5 starsWe have been using Perfection Plumbing for about 17 years. Along with all our plumbing needs taken care of they also helped with the installation of a new bathroom. They are always polite, well dressed and considerate. Their company takes such good care of their workers that it makes it easier for them to take good care of the clients. I had a water leak that appeared on the ceiling of a basement bathroom. The ceiling roof was water stained and wet. I discovered the leak in the evening and went on-line to search for a plumber. I came across many wonderful reviews by other satisfied customers of Perfection Plumbing. I was particularly happy to see that Perfection Plumbing was associated with the Better Business Bureau (BBB) which made me feel more confident in choosing a company. Perfection Plumbing answered my e-mail at 7:30 a.m. the following morning and dispatched their plumber, Tom, who arrived at 9 a.m. I was so impressed with the prompt service, as well, as the professionalism displayed by their plumber, Tom. Tom was great.... very knowledgeable, upfront regarding potential costs / fees involved. Tom quickly diagnosed the problem and repaired it promptly. Thank you, Tom !!
I would highly recommend Perfection Plumbing and would choose them again should the need arise.
