5 starsI cannot say enough good things about the service I received from Perfection Plumbing. Tom was amazing about explaining everything. Would not hesitate to recommend him. Also a shout out to Sheri and Misty for their professionalism and helping knowledge.

5 starsCalling the office to set up an appointment was so easy and the gal very helpful and friendly. Chance was the technician that came to my home. He was very pleasant, friendly and professional. Absolutely informed me of cost before going ahead with my repair AND the reason why! 5 starsThe receptionist Sherry is just great. So helpful and always so accommodating.
We've had Perfection Plumbing in several times to look after plumbing issues in our 94-year-old house and the the technicians have all been super.
Yesterday we had Liam in to replace the taps for our washing machine and he was great. Knowledgeable, efficient and very pleasant. Perfection is the best company I have had for any service work. 1 starKey Points: Disgustingly high prices, fear mongering to increase services provided.
We contacts perfection plumbing on Wednesday, April 19, 2023, and was assigned Liam as our plumber (8 years with company). Liam came out to inspected our leaking tankless hot water heater. He gave us a quote of $12,438.27! I personally believe that he tried to use fear tactics to upsell the work order, by mentioning that the city "could" come turn off our water and we would "need to do the work anyways".
The work order quote he provided had unnecessary items that had large price tags associated. The quote did not mention model for the tankless hot water heater (red flag).
We ended up contacting another company who came and did a free estimate and the price for a tankless hot water heater with complete install was HALF the price of what Perfection quoted. Additinally, it was UNDER the price of their unit and installation.
I highly recommend getting other quotes. If you choose to use Perfection Plumbing, just know their prices are jaw dropping.
When speaking with administrative staff about this issue they were apologetic but told me that Liam must have had a "bad day" and should have broken the work out into deferred work (he had worked there for 8 years and should known their process).
My main concern from this whole situation, bad days or not, seems to me that Perfection built up a great company/name for themselves and they can rightfully charge whatever they like. However, this calls into question if their good name and reputation now allows them to tack on unneeded services and take advantage of people in emergency situations - my fear is especially high for our senior citizens.
All in all, I will never return to Perfection Plumbing and will ensure that anyone looking for Plumbing needs explores other possibilities.Perfection Plumbing & Drain Cleaning Ltd.

Hi Brittany, We are sorry to hear about your experience with our company. We take all customer feedback seriously and are committed to providing fair and transparent pricing for all of our services. It is not our practice to use fear tactics to upsell our customers. We will be reviewing this situation with Liam and taking appropriate action to ensure this does not happen again. That being said, Liam is the last person to intentionally take advantage of anyone. Unfortunately, the options that he provided were not separated properly on the quote via the software that we use and these options were obviously not communicated in a manner that made you understand that they were exactly that, just options. To be clear, the options provided are all recommendations found in the manufacturer's literature, following the Saskatchewan gas code, and following the City of Saskatoon's bylaws.
Our client's trust in us is our number 1 priority. This is why we provide upfront pricing before any work begins and we protect our clients from paying too much by having a guarantee in place that offers a price match plus a $25 finders fee for finding the same product, service, and warranty that we provide. This is just one of 5 guarantees that are provided to our clients to ensure that they will never be taken advantage of.

5 starsI've used Perfection for many years. I love this company. They are up front with what is needed & with their prices. Whenever I call, I am greeted by a friendly customer service representative.
My plumber was Tom W. He was very friendly, professional, & knowledgeable. I had several jobs for him, and he tackled all of them. Not only did he fix the problems, he also gave me detailed information (with demonstrations) on how to prevent these problems in the future.
