    To whom it may concern; My flight on November 9th, 2023 start with the Delta flight 2580. It was fly out from *** to *********. I brought my ticket which was marketing as Delta flight. It was a co-share flight of ****************************** from LAX to SGN. As my connecting fly from LAS to *****. I was forced to pay to check in my carry one, and being threaten if I did not pay to check in my carry one. I can board my flight. So reluctant I paid so I could continue my trip. After that, I had contact Korean Air so that they can correct my issue. As my flight was marketing by Delta and my starting point is with Delta and I have no issue with my carry on. They did acknowledge that my carry on and luggage rules would be applied by my starting point and the marketing airline which is Delta. However, they refused to correct the issue and refund. They just went silent. Please review it and let me know Thanks

    Amex travel does not give option to place middle name on the purchasing portion of the website. Korean air needs my middle name as on the passport. Amex also does not state to input information as listed on passport. This is my 50th bday trip to **** with family. I cannot cancel and rebook as our seating is together. I just need to add my middle name to my reservation and Korean air says its a name change. It is but it isnt. Im the same person.
