    *** at Moore & Sons Automotive seemed helpful, took my truck for repair several times a yr for the past 4 years.The last 2 years experienced problem after problem.Apr 2022 new tires installed a TPM Sensor repair,still not working. Sept 2022,*** referred me to another shop he owns Taylors Transmission Fuel Pump,Dr ******************* 2022 *** did tune up,spark plugs,ignition coil boot. brake light bulb. Feb 2023 headlight bulb. July 2023 mechanical inspection to drive out of state, ************ Brakes,Pads,Oil Change,Air Filters. Aug 2023 check engine light came on, never came on before,back for diagnostic after mechanical inspection.*** say it's the Cam Phaser we have to take top off to see whats going on.Sept 2023 call *** for status call me 3 days later its the timing it jumped time.Said hes 100% sure its the timing chain & ordered parts. Last wk in Sept stopped by the shop *** since not hearing from him,only 1 mechanic can fix truck,**** start that day will let me know estimate already have the parts. Oct 2023 *** phoned when are you going on your trip?Will call back in 10 min,never called. *** said my truck has not been worked on at all,how can u give me an estimate around $4,000 if u never checked it out. It will be 2 mths before we can fix your truck. Asked for Diagnostic report I paid for,*** says he deleted it.Nov 2023 took truck somewhere else,their diagnostic showed Fuel Pump.I just had Fuel Pump put in by Taylors Transmission less than a yr ago when truck was sitting on Jims lot waiting for repair since July 2023, it was still in warranty!!!TO THIS DAY,JULY 2024 NO PROBLEM,TRUCK RUNNING SINCE OTHER SHOP PUT IN ANOTHER FUEL PUMP & NOT A TIMING CHAIN *** SAID IT SERIOUSLY NEEDED,HE INSISTED WAS THE PROBLEM, A YR LATER NEVER NEED ONE!!!ASK *** ABOUT REPAIR ISSUES,I HAVE TO CHARGE U!TIME WASTED!PLEASE DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO THIS SHOP.NOT A HONEST FAMILY BUSINESS, GREED! NOT FAIR TO INTENTIONALLY TAKE ADVANTAGE OF PAYING CUSTOMERS. BAD BUSINESS!
