  I have been in Alaska Laser wash customer since 2016. I have paid the monthly subscription and I chose the most premium package. You are supposed to getthree rounds of soap and usually the like **** and ******* location do pretty decent, but the ******* location has been having a lot of problems, especially in the past four months most bases hardly put out any soap. I have broughtthis up to the tension of the owners. They do not do anything and the past two months the first two rounds which are supposed to soap have been producing nothing but water and then just a little tiny bit of soap in the third round keep in mind for Alaska harsh terrible road conditions you need as much soap as possible because if you dont get it out after the on your car, it will be even harder to get it off, which makes it so much more frustrating. I have recorded videos showing that thefirst two rounds produced no soap at all. I have shown these videos in text to the owners and they do not respond to me. I told them and warned them many times that I will complain to the Better Business Bureau and they have not replied they have done nothing. The Muldoonlocation is neglected and they are robbing peoples money. Youre not getting a proper car wash by any means it is the most embarrassment excuse to called the car wash in that place needs to be shut down, they are in no way shape or form anywhere near comparable to the LakeOtis location, which produces a good amount of foam and goes back-and-forth in the front and back-and-forth in the back as where the ******* location produces no soap at all and just a little bit soap in the last third round they are robbing peoples money and I am ******. I have been paying them so much money over the yearsand they need to shut that location down you guys seriously need to shut that place down. I have complained and complained over the past few months and they have done nothing and over the past two weeks I have them videos and they have done nothing

  Hello here is videos different days different bays of hr car wash. So far, Ive noticed this to be in every single one of the bays this place needs to be shut down. The owners still have not responded after multiple videos showing that theres no soap producing. The first two rounds of soap produce absolutely no soap. It is very critical that every round produce soap because the harsh ******* in Alaska you need every bit of soap. It is very, very bad when a business has three rounds of soap and only one round of soap comes out and very light at that Here are videos of proof

  I went to try to get a car wash and a big vehicle in front of me had broken the washing machine top. I didnt realize it was broken due to all the smoke from the hot water and cold air. The bay told me to drive forward and I did. The wash stopped seconds in and didnt even begin due to the machine being broken.) The store repair man had to go fix it after I left. my car didnt get wash and Im now also out 18 bucks.)Once it cleared it revealed a huge dangerous metal piece that was dangling down on my car. I had to drive through it to get out. It scraped my car so badly. I drove out in fear of it swinging and possible breaking through my windshield if I had just sat there. I thought Id be able to drive by it but it scraped my car so badly. The company is trying to say that the damages didnt happen at their car wash due to the scratches having rust on it. As you can see in the pictures the scratches are fresh and theres no rust. Theres a time stamp on my pictures of when it was taken. They refuse to talk further with me and hung up.
