      Went to use the **************************************** on Friday morning 12/13/24. Paid for my wash on my Credit Card which cost me $22.00. Pulled into Bay 4 when the door opened. The wash started as normal and after the Wash portion, it shut down, the Bay Door opened and the sign said please pull forward. So now, I have a soapy car, so I pulled back around getting in line for Bay 2. Once again paid another $22.00 on my Credit Card. Before pulling in, the office door opened up and an employee came out. I called him over and told him about my experience. He said he would let them know. Once the door opened, I pulled in and was able to get my car washed through all the steps. The number listed on the sign where one selects the wash and pays had a number to to call with any problems. Have tried it multiple times. It gives a busy tone and then disconnects. There was also a local number for Alaska Laser Wash. Called and left a message explaining my problem and requesting one of my $22.00 charges be credited. Also, left my number. To date, have not had a charge credited or return call. Poor Business and they won't be receiving any more of my of business.

      I took my truck to Alaska Laser Wash on ****************************************** on July 8, 2024 at 8AM for a Basic Wash. I paid the $12, went through the wash and when I got to work, I noticed that the stuck-on grime was not removed. I took photos and can prove this claim. I sent two inquires to the company asking for my $12 to be refunded and never heard back from them. My advice is to stay away from this business. Not providing the services paid for is one thing, but not responding to a complaint is the worst thing a business can so.
