    Beware: This smooth chatty owner lady will rip your $$$ by taking advance full payment guaranteeing 100% but failing & deceiving innocent clients like me when I went to pick my alteration suit that was chargee almost &300. I wished, I bought a new one from Target/other local stores.Her business falsely claims to be supporting Nordstorm as well. I appeal to all other innocent victims like myself and Better Business Bureau to never let her facade rip-off business to exploit us all!!!

    My reputation means a lot to me, and *********************** seems to have no respect for me or my work. I don't know what he means about my shop "supporting Nordstrom." I worked at Nordstrom for ten years, and I'm proud of that, but that was long ago. People have appreciated my work now for more than *****************************  So something has gone wrong. 

    I always tell my customers that they can bring back anything I have worked on if it doesn't fit, and I will fix it.  I mean it when I say I guarantee my work.  If *********************** will bring me his suit and show me what I have done wrong, I will make it right at no charge.
