    I would Ive them less than a 1 star if possible! My husband and I had been patients with *************************** for many years. When he retired and sold his business to *************************** we decided to try his services.We were repeatedly told by the dentist office our insurance would cover procedures that were not covered. After many, many phone calls I was told I had to pay the full amount. At my husbands last appointment for a cleaning he told the doctor he did not want **rays because our insurance didnt pay for them every six months. The dentists office said they checked our insurance and they would be covered. He went ahead with the **rays and again the full amount was not covered.I called our insurance, Delta Dental, and asked about our coverage. We are allowed a panoramic image once a year, bitewing images twice a year and up to two additional intramural periapical images if needed. Healthy Smiles took five additional periapical images and bundled them together. We were charged $62, $52, $52, $52, and $52 for a total of $270. Healthy Smiles should know this.Their practices are totally unacceptable and dishonest. I asked if other patients were using Delta Dental and was told most of their patients used them. I also see the Better Business Bureau has received complaints from Healthy Smiles Dental as well. Beware.
