    Worst place ever. They essentially have ripped us off, claiming they don't have a high enough accountant to cut a check for the vehicle we signed over to them. Looking into legal recourse now. Wish I could give a negative but 1 star is as low as I can go

    My engine died and had to be towed into Lithia Hyundai. After several unanswered phone calls and unreplied texts, I finally reached someone and was told that it would be four weeks until they could look at it. Apparently, tow-ins are put on a separate list so they can work on cars with appointments with the tow-ins being added whenever they have availability.Six weeks have passed and I'm being told that it can be another several weeks until my car gets looked at. The only reason I haven't towed my car to one of the many other mechanics with sooner availability is because they warn me that there's a slim chance that my car is covered under a specific recall that only they can fix. So I can go through the trouble of towing my car somewhere else and risk having to tow it back to Lithia Hyundai and starting this months-long **************** again.It's pretty messed up that tow-ins are continually deprioritized in favor of people who made appointments. Not to mention that the number they give you to text isn't even a working number.
