    NO STARS!! Bought 2 brand new studded snow tires. Before I could get them mounted the truck got wrecked. Took them back for a refund and they refused to take them back. They still had the info paper on the tread, they were never mounted. Money grubbing owner! BAD BUSINESS!!

    If zero stars was available I would leave that. My husband took our ***** **** to get the tires changed. They changed tires over. My husband drove on them for about 2 weeks and then we noticed our rear wheel was making a noise, we come home and fine 4 out of 8 lugs snapped off the wheel hub, another 2 were missing lug nuts. Called the shop they sent a mechanic out to fix it. It took 2 days for **** to come fix it. Well why he was attempting to fix her he destroyed our whole rear up assembly by shredding the gears on the hub and broke the speed sensor.We had to take the truck to a dealership due to the shop refusing to fix it and telling us to drive it from the valley to ********* with it being unsafe to drive. Now while the truck has been down for over a month do to **** shortcuts this has caused more issues. I would not recommend this shop what so ever and stay clear from **** as a mechanic as he takes short cuts and can't admit blame for his wrong doing and blames others

    Took a car tire that had a nail in the middle of the tread to be repaired. I said that I wanted the tire fixed and was told it would be a one hour wait. I came back an hour later to get the tire and was told that it had been plugged and that it was going to be $30. When I inquired why the tire was not both patched and plugged which is the industry standard recommended by all tire manufactures I was told that would be an additional $20. I was then met with hostility when asked if only plugging a tire is a correct fix and would the service manager feel comfortable with this fix on his personal car. He refused to answer my question and kept repeating that he would patch it for an additional $20. I took my plugged only tire back and it started leaking again a week later like I figured. Run from this place, horrible customer service and overpriced half-done work.
