    Went to Planet Beach in September 2015, used the services until November 2015. Cancelled membership due to a medical condition on the recommendation or my doctor. Was told no problem. On February 20, 2023 there was a $ ****** charge on my CC for Planet Beach. I called and left 2 message, no response. I called a third time and spoke to the Owner, she said i didn't cancel my membership, i only ask for a freeze for one month. She acknowledged I hadn't been back to the establishment since November ************************************************************************ 2020. She refused to budge. I have contacted my CC company and put in a dispute. Thank you

    I spoke to ****** today. ****** signed up for a membership with an initial term of 24 months in an automatic renewal month. I have a signed membership agreement, a liability, waiver, filled out, initialed and signed in multiple places. This customer made one payment towards her membership and did not pay again. We have incurred fees over the years for the balance, and did not send her to collections. We did send out notifications of the account being past due. When we began the call today, she claimed that she canceled in 2017 however, she does not have any paperwork to show this and we absolutely do not on our side. It is our policy that you must come in person to sign a cancellation form and you are provided a copy at that time for your records. This has been the policy since November 2013. All accounts must be in good standing to cancel and in 2017 this customer still had a balance. This customer only made one payment towards her membership. She has tried to dispute this with the credit card company, and we have already responded with the appropriate paperwork. She has written a bad yelp review for us, as she threaten to do on the phone, and now she has made a complaint to your organization attached is the response to the yelp complaint she made today.
