    The spa is fine. Nothing stands out as great. But it is impossible to cancel a membership there. Point in case twice I've told the girls there that I don't want to be a member. I still get charges that are past due and are lumped up to a 400 dollar charge when the owner feels like charging clients. 8 months after I canceled I get charged 400 dollars and I have never been there since I canceled. Only the owner can cancel memberships I'm told, but she only comes in once a week for a few hours, assumable to charge non clients. I left my number for her, showed up twice to catch her, and called repeatedly to no avail. To only allow clients once week to cancel is insane and bad business. If a client wants to cancel they just need to accept it.

    Hi ***** It doesnt look like we have an active membership under the name *****. Do you have cancellation paperwork? Our cancellation policy has been in place since Nov 2013. Cancelation must be done with management and the owner, between the two of us, someone is available 6 days a week. This is for your protection since only management has the ability to see your billing information. For your convenience you can make an appointment with one of us- if you ask the front desk when either is us is in, you can schedule a time. All changes to memberships must be done in person and in writing, as detailed when you signed up and in the agreement- this is to greatly reduce miscommunication. Please let us know when you would like to come in. Thank you!
