    Horrible experience. My dog had a wellness check to be approved for surgery to get spayed. She gets the green flag. We go in for surgery and they call me 30 minutes later to say they cant do it. They have detected a level 1-2 heart murmur. Im of course freaking out. Just 2 weeks ago she was completely healthy and was told even impressive. I take her to my usual vet to get another opinion and they also gave me a clear bill of health and no murmur detected. Had a vet friend check her out. Also no murmur. So we reschedule her surgery and go in, again. And yet again was turned down and was told they hear a murmur and wont do it even though I had a note saying she was perfectly fine. She refuses to take it and accept it and said three of her colleagues heard it and shelll trust them. I had then left. For only one vet clinic out of 3 to hear this murmur is sketchy. Only vets at Aurora could hear it. Very odd to me. She was able to have her surgery at golden heart our usual vet clinic. As he also confirmed with an EKG that there is no murmur whats so ever. I was extremely disappointed in Aurora. Ive heard good and bad things. But this experience is ridiculous. To take advantage of emotional vulnerable animal owners for more in your pocket. Very sad and horrible of a whole clinic together to do.
