I ordered **** Curly 10" Lace front ************************* wig on August 9, 2022 at 12:47 PM and was told I would receive it with-in7 to 10 days. I have contacted the company by email several times. I noticed my credit card was charged the amount of the wig ($93.50). I purchased a wig from this company in the amount of $119 in early August.. I chose it from their website that showed a picture and I liked the look. It arrived and looked nothing like the picture on their site. The color, length, cut arent even close. I had 14 days to return. They requested pictures which. I gladly sent. This company keeps trying to have me keep the wig and they will allow me to purchase another at half price. Then they offered me a 10%, then 15% refund all via email. I have all correspondence which I will gladly share. They will not refund due to their unscrupulous business practice. I have also taken this up with my credit card company. I have no intention of keeping this hideous wig.Business Response

I purchased a wig from wigsis.com for $180.00 for my mother whom is fighting stage 4 cancer. The wig we received did not look at the picture from the web site. Additionally the wig was supposed to be human hair and what we received was synthetic hair. The wig was terribly made. I have been emailing customer service for ***** expressing my dissatisfaction and requesting a full refund (as their website guarantees full satisfaction and refunds). **************** has been arguing with me, not allowing me to return the wig. I was offered a $18 refund then a $36 refund. Its not what I requested.. this is unacceptable. They should hold up to their guarantee. Please help me get my $180 back.Business Response

ordered a wig from Wigsis.com, it arrived a month late and is not what I ordered. I have been corresponding with them to try and get a return address so they can refund my money. I just placed an order with the company for 2 hair pieces and total was for ****** when they came in they missing the MOST IMPORTANT PIECE NEEDED TO MAKE THE HAIR PIECES WORK! I contacted the company right away and from the first moment I started talking to them they have been dead set to scam me and s**** me over by NOT MAKING THE SITUATION RIGHT BY SENDING REPLACEMENTS AND PROVIDING RETURN LABEL FOR THE DEFECTIVE HAIR PIECES TO BE RETURNED TO THEM! Its outrageous what they have suggested to resolve the problem when its all about defective items sent out for new ones! I paid 130$ for new hair ponytails (2) of them in different colors and when they came they missing the pieces that keep the hair piece inside your own hair without these clips they will not stay in the hair! I just want a prepaid return label and my money back asap because they have been dragging out this whole process to drive me crazy and I want it to be done but Im NOT PAYING FOR IT TO BE SENT BACK WHEN I DID NOTHING TO CAUSE THE SITUATION OR THE DEFECT OR BAD ORDER! *************************this business is a scamming company, the order was defective and useable and its not my responsibility to send it back to an address that is incorrect and doesnt exist! Ive already read many bad reviews where people talk about sending their order back it never gets there and so they lose the order and the money for the order! Its the business responsibility to give me a prepaid return address label to send it back since I received the defective broken, unusable which I notified them of the day it was received! I asked for replacements for the defective items and then Id would return the defective items back to them! Im not paying more money out of my pocket to send back defective merchandise! All this company wants to do is s**** over there customers and not make it right! Numerous people have reported that the return address is not valid and in the middle of ***** at a personal address not a COMPANY ADDRESS! Its all a scam and they have been doing for to long! They need shut down NOW!

Ordered online on 6/19/22 - Ord#TA220619C1134 for $107.95.-Their first email said they'd ship by 6/27. -I followed up on 7/1 for status; they responded that they'd dispatch to courier on 7/2. -I followed-up again on 7/25 for status; they responded same day (7/25) stating package had just shipped, and they provided a tracking number that I found to be fake/used: I checked tracking status on 7/26 using the link provided; the details said package had already been delivered on 7/11. -I then logged in to my account to check my order status, which still indicates "Processing" as of 7/26.-I notified them on 7/26 about the tracking details along with my account status, cancelled my order, and requested a full refund. -Based on the above, I anticipate more problems getting the refund. I ordered 2 wigs from the online webite WigSis *** this was in June 2022. It took about a month for me to receive the wigs. I opened the box and took the wigs out to discover neither wig was what I ordered. I contacted the company online at *********************** I explained the wigs were not what I ordered and requested a full refund. I was told the wigs need to have the original tags attached and can not be worn and they requested I send a picture of the wigs in order for them to send me a return tag, this was on the 10th of July 2022, I did as requested uploaded a picture and sent it to them. I did not hear back from this company until the 13th of July 2022. They offered a 10% discount to give me and I keep the wigs. I refused because of the price for the wigs, one wig was $170. and the other was $248. A Ms. ******* then emailed me with another offer of 25% and I keep the wigs. I explained I had done what was requested to receive my full refund. I would like my full refund not a portion of the money I sent.Ms. ******* continued to email me until the 21st of July offering to redo the wigs at no cost to me, I asked for a guarantee, she could not guarantee the wigs would be as the advertised wigs I ordered, I then said again I would like my full refund. Ms. ******* then told me she was sorry I refused the offers, I had not heard anything else. I did let her know I would be contacting the Better Business Bureau and if I do not get my money back, I would then contact a lawyer.Business Response
