    I ordered a wig in December of 2022. What arrived was very different ftom what was pictured. They claim that they provide full refunds for products returned within ************************************************************************************* about 10 emails asking me to try it on again. They are refusing to accept the return for a misleading product. This company shouldnt be allowed to sell products. Its a complete scam and is stealing money with ever SINGLE order.

    I ordered the wig that was supposed to look like the picture on the website for my sister who lost her hair due to chemotherapy. The wig took a month to arrive, the wig looks nothing like the advertisement. I paid ****** and it is unusable. Im so embarrassed and angry. Its a joke of a product.

    I purchased a wig that was described as 100% handtied from WIGSIS on Sept.29, 2022 for $198.00. I received the wig on Oct. 27, 2022. It is not hand tied but, a poorly machine made, lace front wig. The coloration does not look the same as pictured, but I didn't even get into that because the wig doesn't look anything like the one pictured or described. I definitely don't want a lace front wig and I'm careful not to order one. I immediately emailed WIGSIS and asked for a full refund. We went back and forth with emails a few times. They made small compensations and finally got up to 40% but would not give me a full refund. That is the only settlement I'll agree to. WIGSIS can provide me with a return label, and I can send the wig back to them. The package has an address in ******, **.I believe this is the same WIGSIS *********** the address is different, but the website is the same.     WIGSIS did not provide me with the return address, I don't know where to return the wig yet. Nor did they state that they would refund the full $198.00 I paid. I need them to send me a paid return label or at least provide the complete return address.

    I am rejecting this response because:I am seek resolution for a complaint I filed on 10/31/22 against WIGSIS. com. Complaint # #********. (Are you able to find the complaint and see the circumstances?) ************ was to refund the amount paid for the wig when it was returned to them. I mailed it back to them with the postage cost of over $20.00. I was able to follow it's return using the Tracking number. It made it to ***** and has been held in Customs since December 1st. I don't feel WIGSIS has made an attempt to so whatever is needed to have the wig delivered to them. I would like to have WIGSIS refund my money.

    I contacted this company last night to again request they retrieve the package from wherever it is being held and refund the payment I made.  They responded and asked if I'd confirm a refund of $180.00 of the $198.00 I paid. I did. I see that there is now a refund pending in my PayPal account.

    Details. I bought a wig from wigsis. I didn't want it after waiting a month to receive it. I don't know how to upload, but Service@ wigservice. com is how we have communicated. I had read their return policy before I bought the wig and I sent pictures the day I finally received it, but they would not give me a return address. I sent them pictures of the packaging and wig inside and out, but they still insisted they'd make another one, but they would not refund my money. My account is *************. I looked up this company and saw other buyers got the same response and they were cheated as well. Can you get me a refund and warn others.

    Date first received was 6-5-22. Amount paid in total $145. They promised a specific wig that was on their website. The dispute is they sent the wrong wig. They tried to get me to keep the wig, but the length, color and style were not at all what I ordered. It was way to long, and I don't wear those types of wigs. When I insisted on exchanging it for the correct wig, they said I had to pay $15 and pay for shipping. I had to pay $35 to ship it back. Once they got the wig and finally decided to ship me the correct wig, they did not included my full address and they did not inform me that it had been sent. I contacted them and thats when they gave me a tracking number. By then the post office had the package for almost a month, so they disposed of the package. I informed Wig Sis of their mistake and they said I had to have proof from the post office that they destroyed the package. I sent them proof which was an email from the post office. Today I get an email from Wig Sis saying their courier has proof it was delivered and I have to pay them $40 to have the correct wig sent. I'm tired of going back and forth with them. It seems like a game to them to cheat people out of their hard earned money. This has been going on since June, 2022. I can't afford to just give them $145 especially when the errors are on their end. Can you please help me get the refund I asked for.     I am rejecting this response because:

    The mistakes were theirs, not mine. I should be able to get a refund for the cost of the wig.  I'm still losing out on $50 that I've paid for shipping and their charge to send the correct wig to me.

    In our many emails, they agreed to accept the wig back.  I told them I had a wig cap on and they asked me to try it on again.  Once we got to where they agreed to exchange the wig for the one they were supposed to send, I had to pay $15, and now they want $15 again to send the correct wig.  I don't even know what the $15 is for since I paid $35 to ship it to them. 

    If I can't get the full refund, I will accept the $50 and I will make sure I go on all social media to let people know how bad this business is.

    The only other offer they made was for me to pay them $15 again (which would make a total of $160 I've spent on this whole ordeal) if I accept their other offer, to have them send another wig.  I don't want to take the chance of them not delivering it to the correct address again.

    I am still very unsatisfied with this company and how little regard they have for the customers time and money.  Even with them returning only half of the cost of the wig that they sent in error, I lost $95 of my hard earned money to this company and have nothing to show for it but frustration and lost time and money.

     

    I asked them to refund the full amount of the wig, not half, since I had to pay additional for them to send the wig I never received. They told me it's either take the refund for half of what I paid, pay another $15 and hope I get the wig I paid for originally, or get nothing back.

    The wig they sent me is absolutely terrible its like straw its all matted and it is totally the wrong color from what was represented. Ive been dealing with them for a month to get a refund and they refused to give me a refund. I dont know how else to deal with them because they claim they are in ***************** but they in fact are not they are in *****.     I am rejecting this response because: No, I am still not interested in sending back a wig to a place that doesn't exist.  As I mentioned, the reviews show that when people send back the wigs one of 2 things happen.  Either the wig was deemed as "Used" because it had been tried on or the wig was never received.  It is the responsibility of WigSis to provide a return label with shipping charges paid.  I will not PAY to have this ridiculous wig to be returned to a place that is unknown.  You also stated that you would NOT be able to resell the wig.  If you provide my refund in full as well as return shipping expenses, I will return the wig.  It must be paid in advance.  


    This is my final offer.  I will also report this to the BBS.  I have filed 3 additional complaints about WigSis.  I've just begun to file complaints too.
