    I thought I purchased a human hair wig and it turned out to be a blend! I emailed them and told them they took advantage of a bald chemo patient! Out $200!

    This business is a scam, do not buy anything from this website!! The pictures are nothing like the product and trying to get a refund is a nightmare.

    Ordered a ******** looked nothing like the picture. Poor quality, then the worst customer service!!!!!! After I told them I wasnt happy with the wig, they asked me to keep the ********** would refund ****************************************************** They dont offer quality *************** do not care about customer satisfaction. I finally told them I would just throw away the wig. If I could give a zero star rating, I would.

    THE POLICY FOR RETURNS/EXCHANGE WAS SIMPLE AND TO THE POINT ON THEIR WEBSITE. HOWEVER, THAT IS NOT SO. WIG I ORDERED LOOKED NOTHING LIKE THE ONE RECEIVED AND I WANTED MY MONEY BACK WHICH IS CLEARLY WRITTEN ON THEIR WEBSITE. TOLD THEM TO PLEASE NOT DRAG THIS ON OVER MY ABLE TO RETURN DATE. I EVEN EMAILED THEM THEIR OWN POLICY. I RECEIVED AN EMAIL ON 3/31/23 THAT STATES A DECISION ON 40% REFUND WOULD BE MADE AND THAT THE RETURN PROCESS WILL TAKE 1 MONTH OR SO BECAUSE THIS KIND OF REFUND WILL BE QUICKER MORE EASILY FOR US. FOR THEM????????? I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY FOR ANYONE NEEDING A WIG, EVER! IF I COULD DO A NO STAR THAT WOULD BE MY RATING.

    I ordered two wigs from this company on December 24, ****************************************** **** days. After contacting the company about order I was sent an update on shipping and they said if I *** get it Im 7 days to contact them, I did. After a month I contacted my card holder and I told them I was disputing the charges because I had not received my order. Once that happened they have been harassing me and sending nasty emails. I still have one card the I used it was a refund from ATT&T and that refund is still pending. I think this company is a fraud. When they said it was delivered I was out of town. I never received my order at all. I need them to stop sending me emails. I had to go and buy a wig at a wig store in ****** *******. Im afraid to order things online at this point unless its from reputable sites. Thanks ****************

    Order Wig ****** US Wig is not what I ordered. Color is awful red. They refused to accept return of the wig and claiming to refund 60-dollars back. Totally disappointed with the service.

    This company operates on stealing from their customers. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AT ANY COST. I received poorly made merchandise that will not fit properly, and they refuse to send a return address for a full refund. I am reporting this company to the State and filing a lawsuit against them as well.I will warn as many people as possible on all forms of media.

    ordered wig for $145 on 12/8/22 cancelled 12/14. said they were ready to ship it but did not received it on 1/24/23 and wouldnt exchange .or exchange it even though they said they would. i said can i exchange for short wig which was cheaper and i didnt expect remaining balance then they asked me to send picture of wig with tag and the box which i did. all of a sudden they said they wouldnt give me different wig and again said they will give me only 15 % off another purchase. if i knew they were going to pull this i wouldnt have ordered at all. how dishonest they are. i could have ordered on amazon and returned it. so im left with a wig i cant use and the picture looked much thinner as i have very small face. i hope people will look unlike i did not do before they from wigsis

    The expensive wig I ordered was not even close to the picture or description. It took over a month to arrive. I needed it for a special event. After a week without shipping, I emailed and requested a cancellation of the order. They told me to wait until the wig arrived and then I could return for a refund. This put me past the date to dispute to my credit card company. Now they are stating no returns and are offering a 20% discount to buy another wig. Maddening.Also, FWIW I ordered a $29 wig on Amazon because I needed it for a murder mystery party. That wig arrived in 2 days and is the exact same wig that took Wigsis a month to send. Their wigs are not *********** fraud.

    The item purchased was not AT ALL the way it looked in the picture, nor described - the company would not issue a refund (..not sure why they thought I'd want any other products from them considering the one sent was subpar).The address indicated on the shipping package is NOT a valid return shipping address, and the online representative would NOT provide a VALID return SHIPPING address.I believe this company to be FRADULENT -- DO NOT PURCHASE ANY PRODUCTS FROM THEM.
